We've coated more garage floors across Gilbert than just about anywhere in the East Valley. That experience matters here, because Gilbert isn't all new builds. A lot of these homes have been around a while, and the garage floors show itcracks, pitting, oil stains soaked into the slab, and old coatings that were done cheap and are already peeling. That's exactly the kind of floor we love to bring back to life. We install onedaygarage floor systems that don't just cover up an old slab estore it into a surface that looks brand new and holds up for good.
Older Gilbert homes come with older concrete, and that's where prep separates a floor that lasts from one that fails in a year. Before any coating goes down, we repair cracks, grind out old failed coatings, and diamond grind the entire surfaceto give the new coating something clean and solid to bond to. A lot of homeowners here have been burned by a previous epoxy job that peeled or bubbled usually because whoever did it skipped the prep. We don't. That groundwork is the whole reason our floors don't lift, flake, or hottire peel down the road.
If your garage floor is stained, cracked, or wearing an old coating that's seen better days, it's very likely a great candidate for a full restoration and recoat.

Yes. We grind out the old failed coating, prep the bare concrete properly, and recoat it the right way. Most peeling jobs come down to skipped prep the first time around.

All of them! Val Vista Lakes, Seville, Power Ranch, Agritopia, Morrison Ranch, the Heritage District, and everywhere in between.

Most residential garages are done start to finish in a single day. You can walk on the floor after about 24 hours and park on it after 72.

Maintaining one of our floors is really simple. We recomend mopping it out once a month or whenever it gets a little dirty. Our polyaspartic topcoat is chemical resistant so any oil spills or coolant leaks won't affect your floor. When you do see chemical spills on your floor we recommend wiping it up as soon as you get a chance.
